The Gentry

After a number of years of doing music-related graphic design, word of mouth spread being contacted by artists I didn’t even know, including The Gentry from Portland, Oregon. This was the second release designed for them, the first being their début CD Sweet Gossip TV. The art direction for both releases mashed up a mix of 80s new wave aesthetics, a bit of Roxy Music glamour and the distressed cut-and-paste collage feel that was quite in vogue at that period of time.
